Description

Lost is the feeling most of us have when something unexpected happens, but where do you go, and what do you start with? Some people are comfortable speaking about it, and some cannot find the words just yet, so The Processing Lifestyle Journal is here to help! Take both opportunities of getting it out of your mind, putting it on paper, and when you are ready share it with the world in this daily entry, and 52 week journal. Your emotions are valid, and getting them out so they don’t weigh you down, is a key to moving forward in love!
