Life doesn’t happen, it is created, and from the age of 22, Dr. Sam set off on a journey to understand what that meant. As a youth, she was highly involved with the Episcopal and Catholic Church, leaning into the reality and importance of the spiritual and physical aspects of life, but as time went on, life showed her how negative events, life transitions, and PTSD experiences can hinder personal growth. By the age of 21, parental divorce, low self-value, biracial wounds, alcohol addiction, and leaving God took a toll. She found someone she wanted to love, but was met with frustration within herself- the belief that she was fine was an illusion shattered.
To discover what stopped her abilities, Dr. Sam embarked on a decade’s time exploration of Religion, Metaphysics (Spiritual and Philosophical), and Quantum Mechanic Theories- leaving her a Spiritual Judeo-Christian. She established that love is the guiding principle to the universe (she says God Particle), and we come into the world as love. She found that disappointment and distance from being fully accepted, breaks love/”you” causing a shift to an ego-based identity for protection. In continuing research, she was shown there are 8 types of love, and the majority of individuals sit in the resiliency of feeling lost, stuck, broken, unloved, or without their light after never really knowing how to return to themselves.
Today, Dr. Sam continues sharing her findings to help individuals and businesses reconnect with their essence, to bring identity and meaning to life, as well as renovate interrelationships, so her clients can change the world in legacies and purpose. The revelations Dr. Sam has come to, all derive in love, and are shared in her literature, offerings, as well as well as other collaborative works. Human Flourishing Through Spiritual Integration of Love In Life and Business, is not just the application of love, but life experience shaped into simple 8 step journeys that can rediscover “you” again.

CONFIDENCE + FAITH™ originated from Dr. Sam’s life experience, but now propels others into restoring humanity, possibility, and community.

In 2010, at age 22, Dr. Sam began a self-healing journey. In asking God for the truth she immersed herself in a deep exploration of Religion, Metaphysics, and Quantum Mechanic Theories. From her studies she formulated that the people are resiliently feeling lost, stuck, broken, and unloved after negative events, life transitions, or PTSD experiences (aka: loss of self™). This meant that people were spiritually dead, thirsty for fulfillment, and lost in purpose, so in 2022 CONFIDENCE + FAITH™ was created to challenge the status quo.
Her goals was to use her insight to provide self-help literature to support others in knowing they were not alone, they were loved, and they could live their dreams. Her content began to be noticed, her evolution continued and in December 2024, The 8 Levels of Love™ transformed Life Consulting-Spiritual Coaching, into Relationship Coaching-Consulting. Again in 2025, the evolution took hold, and physical and spiritual legacies emerged sharing how people and businesses could shift their compass to a spiritual basis, using love as an advantage, and providing environments to foster healthy communities of appreciation.
Today, the business looks to highlight the best versions of people by enhancing their well-being and teaching them how to rediscover themselves or their business, so they can change the world’s humanity, possibility, and community.
