In tribulation we feel alone, hallowed because the substance of life is gone, the emptiness from tears and energy fleeing, and the dread of what to do next because we are stuck.
We try to ask questions, but it does no good when our physical minds cannot grasp what this reality shows us, and so we stay. Our minds provide an undesired movie of what we want to escape, and admission is always free. We could run down the street screaming, only to find once we catch our breath the issue still is there.
For many, you sit and wonder what are you to do in the midst of this, and here are my suggestions:
- Know that things happen to you, or through you, with the ultimate result of you changing through love in your experience
- Know God allows you the opportunity to change through these dark moments by jading the reality as you fall to the point you accept the help you would normally deny
- In seeing your situation from a stance of love, you can change your perspective, and learn to understand yourself and others from a place of wisdom, mercy, and peace
Learning these things are not going to be easy, they take time, but you can do them. It is your mind that has you trapped, but also can set you free. Allowing the new thoughts and insight to nurture your mind, allows a new crown of beauty to appear, and remind you, we are all connected.
