
Here is a quick video link to an old post I did about being kind to others. Just as you want value for yourself, degrading another does not help you in this adventure. Most of the time degrading others on any level will result in your guilt, irritation, disappointment, and sadness of self-action.
So, instead of focusing on what reactions you can have to make yourself feel better, work on how to feel better by controlling yourself. When you control yourself you will be rewarded in empowerment, peace, pride, and joy, which in turn all reflects self-value.
