What makes me want to be in this moment? Where is my purpose as I mentally am split between my love(s), and a desire?
Kids (and significant others) need you, but personal desires of completing a project can draw you in. Even as you feel all of you has already been dedicated to your love(s). These thoughts and feelings can even come after you have just worked on your desired project, so you have to ask, what is not making me want to connect? What is it that is making me not want to be present in one single moment?
As a parent, or just an individual when you give so much of you, you have to remember to take time for you. When you need a reset, the things that you normally enjoy may seem lame, but here are some more tips to help you want to come back to the moment.
- Stop and see where your mind is, can it be written down and saved for later
- What moments are you separating from and why; is the mind thought on purpose or happening to protect you
- Tell your other you need a break, or accept what is going on, and free up that energy reserve
- Go outside, dance, sing, journal, draw, or walk just to get that energy moving
- Pray or meditate because God/Universe wants to go through hard times with you
- Start listing everything you are greatful for, for as long as you can
If you are dealing with any of this, you are made for it, so do not hold the lie that you cannot go on! The trick is knowing it is a test, and that when you release the lie and negative energy, you can use that toxic energy in positivity, and move forward in ❤️.
