Sometimes we all have crazy ideas. It is the secret thrill inside that we finally decide to share with the world, and God bless you if someone shoots it down! Have you been there? It is like Jesus loves you, the Holy Spirit loves you, and God loves you, but man would it not just be nice for someone that is actually visible, in front of you, to love you the same?
In my life I have traveled all over the world meeting people, living in new places, and returning home. There is one thing that I distinctly remember about coming home one time, and that is seeing the diversity in the Atlanta Airport. It was so intense, the colors, shapes, fashion, paces, noses, and so on. I realized how much we take for granted, and the simple fact that we all have the same things in the same place, but just a little different.
See, in loss of self™, relationships, and love, these differences are what we look at to say that nobody will understand. The thing is that in seeing all of these people in the airport, I realized the USA does mean you can be anything you want to be. The true question that creates this dream as a possibility, is what do you want to make? In this life, you can make anything you want, but like we discussed, that doesn’t mean the world believes you or you will be perfecr at it.
Just like you wish people would love you the way the Trinity does, it does not give you the right to forget that another person wishes the same thing. We all have the same facets in the same place, but they just look a little different- dreams, desires for happiness, craving for love and acceptance, wanting to know your purpose, not wanting to be a nobody, etc. It is you and I that makes this world work because we are the moving pieces of humanity. Even in humanity another person’s trash is a treasure.
At times you may feel like trash- unseen, unheard, unloved- but you are a treasure. It is just a fact. Yes, we can all do wrong, and have, but it was a choice, so choose differently, face the transition, and keep moving to where you want to be. Maybe nobody will believe you when you share your dream. Maybe you will get laughed at, but when you don’t care about anybody’s bad opinions, you will be able to make and be anything you want in this world.
