What makes a good leader?
A good leader is one who knows how to listen, and when I say listen, it is not just in the audible way.
When a good leader is listening, they will hear the dominator, or notice the hushed employee. They will be able track down the problem starters in the office, as well as see who is emotionally withdrawing. A good listener will listen to their instincts, and not their ego about an employee before it’s too late, and they will even make the time to build relationships.
So…I may have just tricked you a little, above is really a great boss…so what does make a great leader?
To be a great boss, while earning mutual respect, cooperation, and collaborative vulnerability of those around- this is what makes a good leader- and when you have loss of self you look for people to listen to you without their ears. A lot of us are begging through our eyes for someone to question our answers, demand we remove the facade, and beg us to not take our lives. Unfortunately, not everyone has that intuition, so you need to find an outlet, and right now I am offering you one.
If you are having trouble with loss of self, head over to my site http://www.confidencefaith.com, check out the blog. Read where I share 5 topics where I have already dealt with loss of self, and now just want to lead you overcome. My leadership and above description is as is because that is what I needed before, and I know you do too, so when you are ready for an outlet, make sure they are the leader for you!
