Being lost in freedom or emotions is a hard pill to swallow, as it makes you feel there is nothing more to work for, but in honesty there is. There is a lot to look forward to in loss of self™ that many other people wouldn’t know or forget to appreciate on a daily basis. There is enjoyment in small things, doing small acts of kindness, seeing yourself smile in the mirror for the first time in a while, and losing track of time because you are happy. These are all things that get to come back when you are not focused on being “normal” or hiding your pain, but embrace where you are, and look for a plan.
In loss of self™ you can’t jump, run, or skip through the process, you have to walk through. It starts light, then goes grey, then dark, then dark for a while longer, and then it gets grey, then light again. There is even the option that you go back to the dark from the point of grey, several times, and like a wild firework, you walk through the phases. When you explode into light at the end, you undoubtedly know you have reached a new height. I can remember looking for help and hearing, you are doing great keep going instead. I can remember thinking if I am not able to love, why live. I remember feeling the world is crashing and I just want to be more.
This is a cry for reunion, rediscovery, and an acceptance of you as a normalcy that you aren’t currently getting. There is nothing wrong with this, and there is nothing wrong with saying you aren’t happy. Complaining comes in when you are continuously saying it without a plan to fix it. Fortunately, you have that here. A place where a plan can be formed, lives can be changed, and businesses can change industries, but guess who it starts with? It starts with you. You are the key that you are looking for, but while you are in the dark, you will never see your true shape because YOU CAN’T SEE.
I want you to see, be brought to the light, and love it. I want you to know that you were made for more, that you have life left, and what has happened is only a path for the greatness you can achieve if you so choose.
